An average family is thrust into the spotlight after the father commits a seemingly self-defense murder at his diner.

my first Cronenberg movie, I rocked with it. The complexities of a double life comes to the forfront in this movie. While the title alludes violence there isnt much. Espically when you look at the director cinematography. The ending of this movie has stook with me ever since I watched it, very poignant.
